When Sony said that Japanese gamers were coming to E3 this week, they weren’t kidding. This time we have Vanillaware showing off a teaser trailer for 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim. The game was first revealed at the 2015 Tokyo Game Show and development is being led by George Kamitani, who many gamers know as the director of the “controversial” Dragon’s Crown. This time however instead of manly dwarves and buff amazons we are getting high schoolers and giant mechs. Here’s the teaser trailer that was shown off:
Vanillaware usually designs and develops fantasy games, so its a bit odd to see them take on sci-fi. Regardless many are excited to see what the team has up their robotic sleeve. 13 Sentinels Aegis Rim has not been given a release date as of yet.
