One of my favorite games games in 2013 was the JRPG Ni no Kumi Wraith of the White Witch. It had everything: a compelling story, an art direction that was led by Studio Ghibli, music by the legendary Joe Hisaishi, color cast of characters and so much more. I highly suggest you go out and play this masterpiece. So when I heard that Level-5 and Bandai Namco were teaming up again for Ni no Kuni II, I was very excited. At E3 2017 this week a new trailer was released for the game as well a nine minute gameplay demo. First up is the trailer:
And here’s the gameplay demo that was shown during the show:
The gameplay seems more action oriented as the characters are doing most of the fighter rather than familiars did in Ni no Kuni. Whatever the case maybe, I am excited for the game and might even play the first one again. Ni no Kuni II Revenant Kingdom is set for a November 10, 2017 release.
