Even though PAX East is online this year, it’s not a PAX event without seeing con-goers wearing pieces from Volante Design. If you haven’t heard of the name, I’m sure that you’ve seen plenty of PAX attendees wearing coats that look like they came from Assassin’s Creed or Bloodborne. That is Volante Design. And while their officially licensed gear is what they are most known for, they also have a line of original designs that they sell. At the start of PAX Online East 2021, Volante Design just released two new designs under their Augmented collection: their first ever dress shirt, the Augment S1 and a brand new vest, the Augment V5.
The Augment S1 is a unfit cut long-sleeved dress shirt that forgoes the traditional button up front for a pull over style. The Augment S1 comes in two colors, Gildon Carbon and Android Blue and will retail for $125. As for the Augment V5, the press release best describes it: “a dapper vest silhouette to new heights of futuristic tech with unusual textured fabrics, angular seam lines, and an avant-garde collar construction.” The Augment V5 also comes in Gildon Carbon and Android Blue, comes in both men’s and women’s cuts and will retail for $195.
As much as I like my gamer shirts, I think everyone needs to own at least one set of fancy clothes,. And with Volante Design, you can celebrate gaming while looking smooth. Both the Augment S1 and the Augment V5 are up for pre-order right now on their website and are set to ship by August 31th.
