SEGA takes a swing at the PS Vita broadcast and shows off a bit of Phantasy Star Online 2 for the Vita.
In the video, PSO2 producer Satoshi Sakai goes over a bit of the process of making the game on to the Vita. He states that the game is only 10% complete and what is being shown is still in development. However he does state that once finished, it will be on par with the PC version of the game.
Speaking of PC, the Vita version of the game will share the same servers with the PC version and will allow for cross platform play with each other. The PC version of the game is set to come out sometime in 2012 while the Vita version will be released in 2013. I really hope SEGA West decides to port this over to the West. I had a lot of fun with PSU2 on the PSP and it was a shame that we didn’t get the update version.
