Despite SEGA not bring the last few Yakuza games over to the West, the series continues to be a fan favorite. When the latest game was revealed to be a prequel that tells the story behind Kiryu and Majima and their rise to the top, many were intrigued as to how the two and how Kamurocho would look in the 1980’s. Luckily SEGA came to this year’s TGS with a brand new trailer showing off the game:
It’s going to be great to see how Majima’s and Kiryu’s rivalary started when they were young and working up in the ranks in their respective clans. Yakuza Zero is set to see a 2015 release in Japan with no word if it will ever make it to the West.
